We have witnessed significant positive results even before the experts’ evaluation: visitor numbers in the shopping center increased by 33 percent in the first quarter of this year, and the total turnover of our businesses grew by 42 percent compared to the first quarter of 2022. Europa Shopping Center is owned by Baltic Horizon Fund, a real estate fund. As of Q1 2023, the Fund‘s portfolio consists of 14 real estate assets in the capitals of the Baltic States. The total value of the managed portfolio exceeds 321 million EUR.

Besides Europa Shopping Center, the fund also owns Meraki Office Home and the North Star office complex in Vilnius, Lithuania,. Since November 2022, the real estate consultancy leader Newsec has been the property manager of the Europa Shopping Center.
