Net asset value (NAV) of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) unit as of the end of June 2019 amounted to 1.3381 EUR per unit. Compared to the previous month, NAV decreased by -1.28%. The NAV decrease was mainly affected by slightly negative property valuations and negative cash flow hedge reserve movement during the month, which is a result of decreasing euribor. In June 2019, the portfolio valuation resulted in a fair value loss of EUR 2,439 thousand (-0.72%). Fair values of some investment properties in the portfolio decreased mainly due to downward adjustments in EU and Baltic consumer price index levels for the coming years, which are used in valuation calculations.
