Ieva Goštautaitė-Gedutė spent fifteen years working at Baltic RED, a commercial real estate development and management company. For the past five years, she has served as the Head of Baltic Shopping Centers, the company that manages the Mega shopping and leisure center in Kaunas, the Banginis retail park, and other commercial properties across Lithuania.

Located in the central business district of the capital, Europa and its visitors have always been unique, ahead of their time since the very first day of opening, therefore the conventional definition of a shopping center does not apply to it. The new manager, joining the Newsec and Europa team – is a new chapter and one of the finest examples of a perfect match between the manager and the property. We realized this from our first meeting – we spoke the same language, saw the same goal, ambitions, and the momentum that is needed at this stage, says the Fund Manager for Baltic Horizon Fund Tarmo Karotam.

“For the next step in my professional career, I was looking for the greatest potential and ambition, which I found in Europa Shopping Center. I am delighted that our vision for further development coincided – I am joining the team of Newsec and Europa,” says the manager of Europa I. Goštautaitė-Gedutė.

In Europa, we operate as a strong team which Ieva will become an important part of – we welcome her to the largest real estate services company in the Baltics.”
