S27 is designed by the Sarma & Norde architect bureau in accordance with all the standards set for Class А office buildings. The construction was completed in 2006.
Originally built for a bank, the building has glass façades, and the building design combines aesthetic and functional features and uses high-quality materials. Floor plans of almost 1,000 m2 provide flexibility and allow for company specific office layouts.
