Jūratė Gaspariūnienė: Embarking on a new chapter as Head of Asset Management
Since 2021, Jūratė Gaspariūnienė has been part of Northern Horizon, managing Baltic Horizon Fund's retail assets. In this role, Jūratė’s core task has been to enhance the strategic value of the fund’s key assets, such as Europa Shopping Center in Vilnius, Galerija Centrs in Riga, and Postimaja in Tallinn.
This summer, Jūratė has also taken on responsibility for the fund’s portfolio of office buildings. As Head of Asset Management, Jūratė now holds overall responsibility for managing and developing the fund’s properties.
