The beginning of the year was record-breaking for Europa Shopping Center: Lease agreements were signed for almost 4,000 sq. m. In addition, one of the Scandinavian fashion leaders is entering the shopping center – a new concept store of Lindex will open this autumn.
The architectural and engineering firm SEP has commenced the renovation of the International School of Riga (ISR) new premises at Skanstes Street 27, which aims to redesign and reconstruct 3860 m2 of open space in accordance with the requirements of a modern educational institution.

NARBUTAS, an international office furniture manufacturer, will locate its office and exhibition space in Meraki, owned by Baltic Horizon Fund, and will become the main partner in this business home. Meraki has also recently attracted companies such as global car rental giant Hertz, construction company HSC Baltic and Lithuanian logistics company Vlantana, and has reached 90% occupancy.
The largest format IKI store, designed to cater to the ever-changing needs and expectations of people working and living in Vilnius’ Central Business District, is set to open in Europa Shopping Center in the first half of March 2024.
Baltic Horizon Fund and Šiauliai bankas are entering into a long-term cooperation. The bank will provide a EUR 26 million loan to companies managed by the Fund. The funds will be used to refinance existing financial liabilities on better financial terms and to develop the properties managed by the Fund.
