Completed in the summer of 2022, Meraki Business Home offers innovative engineering solutions, including modern HVAC systems, raised floors, and an intelligent building management system. The building also offers its residents elegant fit-out solutions for the common areas and shared facilities such as conference rooms, showers and changing areas, and secure bicycle storage. The building also has an iLunch cafeteria and 7 Fridays bar.
Several well-known companies like Altic IT, ALD Automotive, Luminor and InMedica klinika have already taken up residency in the building.
We believe that HSC Baltic is a perfect match for Meraki, and we are thrilled to welcome them as our new tenant. HSC embodies the essence of the building’s design philosophy, catering to clients seeking a modern office environment, which aligns perfectly with their transition from their previous, aging office space, commented Edvinas Karbauskas, Co-Fund Manager for Baltic Horizon Fund and responsible for the fund’s office portfolio in Lithuania.
For HSC, it is a key priority to have loyal employees and to be seen as an attractive employer. The move will allow the current team of 42 people to work in a modern and highly flexible office space. Being able to offer a physical workspace that is top-notch and the building’s location just next to A2 with excellent connections to any part of the city were important factors in the company’s decision to relocate to Meraki.
HSC will occupy 300 m2 on the 3rd floor in Meraki Business Home. The lease is set to start in July 2024.
