The new store will allow Velohunt to expand its range of products, represented brands and services. The company has operated a bicycle store and online shop in Tallinn since 2009.
The ground floor of L/NK is being renovated for retail and service use. The complex recently adopted the L/NK name and a new visual identity as part of the ongoing renewal of the property.

Pärnu maantee is something of a bicycle shop avenue – there are four stores along a stretch of less than a kilometre. The area is easy to reach not only by car and public transport, but also by bike. With growing health awareness and the bicycle becoming an increasingly common means of transport, we are pleased to welcome Velohunt and its ambitious plans among our tenants. The 10-year lease allows the tenant to develop its business within a stable lease relationship, and allows us as the landlord to renovate an ageing part of the building on the basis of long-term cash flow, says Ülari Niinemägi, Portfolio Manager at Baltic Horizon Fund.
“Velohunt was one of the first bike shops on Pärnu maantee, so this street has long been home for us. The move to L/NK is our chance to build a bigger and better bike store, a wider range and more room for service, in a neighbourhood our customers already know well,“ commented Allan Aulik, Member of the Management Board of Velohunt.
Space available for new tenants
Alongside the ground-floor renovation, L/NK is leasing office, retail and service premises to new tenants. Offices are available from 200 up to 2000 m², with a flexible floor plate that can be arranged as open-plan space or private offices.
The 10,767 m² complex is located on Pärnu mnt, one of Tallinn’s main arterial roads, a few minutes from the city centre. Tenants and visitors have access to a five-floor parking house, front-door parking outside the retail units, an in-house lunch restaurant and good public transport connections. The building holds BREEAM In-Use certification, and the nearby Järve nature trail offers green space for a walk or a break from the desk.
