Daiva Liubomirskienė is the Group General Counsel of Northern Horizon. She holds various senior positions in Managing Boards of Northern Horizon Group companies, including Chairman of the Board and member of the Supervisory Board of the companies supervised by the Finnish and Estonian financial supervisory authorities. She is also a member of Northern Horizon’s Corporate Responsibility Committee. Her duties include regulatory compliance and legal matters both on group and fund level. Before joining Northern Horizon in 2017, Daiva practiced as a senior counsel specializing in banking and finance, capital markets and investment management. She has also worked in the Baltic financial sector in positions as Head of Legal and Legal Counsel. Daiva holds a master’s degree in law.
