Indrek Vilms is the Risk Control and Compliance Manager. Prior to joining Baltic Horizon Capital, Indrek served as Chief Legal Counsel at Civilis Law Firm. Before that, he served as Chief Compliance Officer at SupplierPlus, a supply chain financing FinTech company, for nearly seven years, overseeing compliance, AML/KYC, regulatory and legal matters. Earlier in his career, Indrek spent five years at DNB Pank as Head of Restructuring and Workout. Indrek holds a Master's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Tartu.
