Vilma Pasanen is the Head of Sustainability and Compliance Officer of Northern Horizon. In this role, Vilma is responsible for matters related to sustainability - from advising our investment teams in sustainability questions to leading sustainability-related projects and managing the sustainability reporting for the funds managed by Northern Horizon.

Before joining Northern Horizon in 2023, Vilma has worked as a sustainability specialist in a global consulting firm. In this position, she gained extensive knowledge in sustainable finance and the sustainability related EU regulation. Vilma has also practiced as a lawyer, specializing in corporate law and dispute resolution. She holds a master’s degree in law and is trained on the bench.
