Baltic Horizon Fund: private placement of new units cancelled

On 12 November 2018, Baltic Horizon Fund provided notice of a private placement of new units planned for November and December 2018.

However, the due diligence for potential new acquisitions is ongoing, and the private placement will not take place in 2018. Northern Horizon Capital AS will consider issuing new Baltic Horizon Fund units in the first quarter of 2019.
