Baltic Horizon Fund announced on 13 June 2019 of closing of the acquisition of Galerija Centrs Shopping Centre and a related intention to issue new fund units by way of private placement to Linstow AS in July 2019.

Today, on 15 July 2019, the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority registered the prospectus for listing of the new units.

Northern Horizon Capital AS, the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund, has decided to issue 2,951,158 new units. The issue price of the new units is EUR 1.3554 corresponding to the latest net asset value per fund unit preceding the subscription. Gross proceeds of the issue amount to EUR 4 million and will be used to finance the acquisition of Galerija Centrs Shopping Centre.

As a result of the new issue of units, the total number of Baltic Horizon Fund units registered in the Estonian Register of Securities will increase from 97,964,044 to 100,915,202.

Northern Horizon Capital AS intends to list the new units on the Nasdaq Tallinn and Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange, with the first trading day on Nasdaq Tallinn expected to be on or around 19 July 2019 and on Nasdaq Stockholm on or around 22 July 2019.
