Baltic Horizon Fund has completed subscription to 5-year unsecured bonds worth EUR 10 million (10,000 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each). The bonds will be issued under the same terms and conditions as the initial issue of 8 May 2018 (ISIN code: EE3300111467). The bonds will bear a fixed rate coupon of 4,25% to be paid quarterly. The transaction took place under the private placement regime and was subscribed by Baltic institutional investors. AB SEB bankas acted as the manager and bookrunner of the transaction. The issuer intends to apply for the bonds to be admitted for trading on Nasdaq Tallinn, and the first trading day is expected to be on or about 21 December 2018.

Proceeds from the subsequent bonds will be used mainly to invest into existing properties and also for potential future acquisitions.
