Baltic Horizon Fund published its regular monthly NAV (net asset value) of fund unit for September 2016 which amounted to 1,3619 EUR per unit. NAV change as compared to previous month of August is 5,77%. Approx. 4,92% of monthly NAV increase is due to increase in property values. Approx. 0,85% of monthly NAV increase is from operational profit.

Appraisal of property must be done at least once a year and normally Baltic Horizon Fund portfolio valuation is done at the end of Q4. However, in the context of Baltic Horizon Fund planning its secondary public offering the management company (Northern Horizon Capital AS) has decided to reflect fair and recent values of the portfolio already in Q3 2016. Valuations were carried out by an independent appraiser Colliers International and DTZ Kinnisvaraekspert.  

Following monthly NAV announcement Baltic Horizon will publish its full Q3 2016 financial report no later than on 31 October 2016.

Baltic Horizon Fund is a registered public closed-end real estate fund and Baltic Horizon units began trading on the Nasdaq Baltic Fund list on July 6, 2016. The company’s stock symbol (ticker) is NHCBHFFT.
