Net asset value (NAV) of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) unit as of end of May 2019 amounted to 1.3554 EUR per unit. Compared to previous month, NAV decreased by -1.47%. The NAV decrease was mainly affected by declared dividend of EUR 2.45 million recognized in May 2019 and negative cash flow hedge reserve movement during the month. Eliminating dividend distribution effect to NAV, the NAV increase from operating performance and negative cash flow hedge reserve movement during the month would have been +0.35% compared to previous month. The Fund earned unaudited consolidated net profit of EUR 816 thousand in May 2019, which is 7,5% higher than in April 2019 due to Duetto II guaranteed rent accrual.
