Baltic Horizon Fund is proud to announce that it has retained the gold award from the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA).

The EPRA Best Practices Recommendations aim to make the financial statements of public real estate companies across Europe more transparent and more consistent to improve comparability for investors.

Since 2017, Baltic Horizon has complied with the EPRA’s BPRs and in 2020, Baltic Horizon Fund received its first gold award for the adoption of the recommendations.

“We are delighted to have received EPRA gold awards three years in a row. This is a recognition of our commitment to providing high-quality reporting to our investors and to the broader financial community”, commented Tarmo Karotam, Fund Manager of Baltic Horizon.

Baltic Horizon was the first – and remains the only – real estate fund from the Baltics to receive an EPRA BPR award.
